Shameless Self-Promotion Found Disgraceful

(New York City) – Noted for his modesty in promoting Laaker.com, Micah Laaker was recently disgusted by office compatriate Alex Meyer’s flagrant self promotion of his personal site.

As several employees were working late, dinnertime found them gathered around a communal office table imbibing in food and drink. As dinner waned, conversation turned towards work-related matters, and one employee mentioned an intriguing display of Flash technology recently observed. After this subject was about to pass away, Mr. Meyer, well-known for his love of this technology and awkward joke timing, quickly pointed out that his site featured this application of Flash.

Mr. Laaker (again, noted for his extreme modesty in promoting Laaker.com) was shocked that such an unabashedly boastful comment would be made among friends and, thankfully, quickly pointed out this shameless "verbal spamming" of officemates. Cheers erupted from those present at the table, they enthusiastically began thanking Mr. Laaker for his never-ceasing efforts to prevent unsolicited advertisements from reaching them.

Amidst the throng, Mr. Laaker encouraged them to visit Laaker.com to find knowledge that would protect them and future generations from such promotion ever occurring again.
